The 3-volume edition of  the best german fishclassic: 432 handcolored copper engravings are colourfast  (shrunk) and in best print quality ever published. More than 2000 textpages. The old fishnames have been ordered to the actually valid scientific names by Dr. Isaäc J.H. Isbrücker. The foreword has been written by Dr. H. J.  Paepke, who assisted as an ichthyologist at the Humboldt-University, Berlin. Even as a reprint the  MERGUS BLOCH ATLAS is a bibliophilic preciousness for fishfans, ichthyologists and bookcollectors. The original BLOCH has a value of more than 90.000,00 € today.
